Triphala churna is a well-known effective general purpose ayurvedic comninations of 3 fruits (Emblica officinalis (Amalaki), Terminalia bellerica (Bibhitaki), and Terminalia chebula (Haritaki)) which is known for clearing all dosha(tridoshas i.e vata, pitta and kapha) from body.
