Shipping Policy

AyurDeli delivers only in India. 

AyurDeli is tied up with multiple shipping partners and aggregators, to provide best possible shipment and delivery services. Currently, 27000+ pin codes are covered in India.

Some of the products face restrictions for shipping and delivery. We at AyurDeli try, the best way to fulfil the order among possible options. AyurDeli will contact the customer, to update status and other communication on the mobile number/e-mail id set by the customer on the website.

If due to unavoidable reasons including unserviceable locations, AyurDeli will cancel the order and issue you a refund based on our refund policy. Please Contact Us with your order number for any clarifications.

Please ensure that you do not accept physically damaged packages. Acceptance of damaged packaged will automatically disqualify any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product or missing items.

Returns Policy

We are sorry to hear that you want to return the product. Products are returnable or replaced within 24 hours after delivery, under exceptional circumstances only. These are

    • Outer package was in good condition but, the contents were missing, when package was opened
    • Products delivered is different from what was ordered
    • if the package contents have missing items, different from their description on the product detail page on 

You may return most new, unopened items. AyurDeli bears the costs, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, missing items, etc.).

Return will be processed only if:

    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's package, MRP tag intact, user manual and all the accessories therein).

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned and no refunds would be processed on these products. Replacements can be provided under exceptional circumstances only.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Once the return has been received and accepted after verification, we will process the refund/replaced based on refunds policy and confirmation email will be sent to customer email id.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed to original payment method, through our payment partner CCAvenue. It usually takes upto 10 Business days to reflect back on your payment method. After 10 business days, if you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. 

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).

NOTE:  Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on order/invoice generated should match with the name of the bank account holder.


Any order before packaging can be cancelled. You can verify the status of the order on “My orders page”. Once an order is invoiced and packed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please Contact Us with your order number for any clarifications or send us an email with subject including “Cancellation”. The refunds after successful cancellation will be processed based on refunds policy.

Important Note on DND: The contact details provided on AyurDeli website and sub-domains, inclusive of phone/mobile no.(s)/email-id will be utilized for all order-based communication and also shared with partners. These communications are essential to use services of AyurDeli and hence will be an exclusion from 'Do not Call' registry for said communication purposes only.
